1. Who we are

Zambeel AI is a service of Zambeel. These terms govern your use of the Zambeel AI website, app and stores built with it. [Legal entity, address and governing law to be inserted by counsel.]

2. Early access

Zambeel AI is in early access. Features, integrations and availability can change, and some capabilities, including online payments and courier booking, may be limited or unavailable in your market.

3. Your account and store

You are responsible for your account, for the content and products in your store, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer, tax and customs rules.

4. Your content

You own your catalog, creative assets, store configuration and order records, and can export them. You give us the licence needed to host and display them as part of the service.

5. AI-generated output

Stores, copy and changes are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Review what is published under your name. Changes are versioned so you can revert.

6. Fees

Zambeel AI is free while in early access. Pricing will be announced before early access ends.
